GroundAbility has finished construction of the highly innovative synthetic grass playing fields at St Laurence's College South Brisbane.

Generating great interest in the school and sporting communities this hilltop recreation area sits on the Mater Hospital carpark and overlooks Brisbane city. 

Almost 9000 square metres of Enviro Turf II synthetic sports surface with an interlocking shock pad underlay was installed to enhance player comfort and minimise injury. 

The school crest, running tracks, futsal, soccer fields have been line marked and will easily be seen from the air.

Using the latest in sports field technology the synthetic grass surface exceeds the FIFA two-star rating for football fields.

The Brisbane Lions recently used the St Laurence's playing fields for training during heavy and consistent rain.
